Principal Engineer

• Principal consultant across AI/agentic, platform and full-stack work — Magentus, Latitude Finance and ID Australia (PEXA), often in parallel.
• Designed and dogfooded Satelle as an internal agentic delivery accelerator and commercial open-core product (MCP, spec-driven stories, developer-in-the-loop gates; Grok, Claude and other agent CLIs as harnesses).
• Magentus — Senior DevOps Consultant (ongoing). Led three engineers modernising DX and CI/CD for the AUSLAB C++ estate on Rocky Linux 8. Stood up AWS CodeBuild/CodePipeline; used Ansible to provision environments idempotently; replaced always-on machines with ephemeral AWS + Coder environments — ~50% compute cost cut, setup from ~2 days to ~15 minutes. Authored CI/CD architecture, a GitHub Actions vs CodeBuild vs CodePipeline comparison, a unified monitor architecture, and a C++→Go rewrite design.
• Latitude Finance — data engineering (Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Python, AWS).

Service Delivery Manager / DevOps Lead

• Owned the DevOps and service-delivery engagement for Toyota (TMCA): four subcontractors, SLAs, incident and change management; documented and transitioned services from the incumbent vendor, then ran them.
• Resolved pipeline impediments with digital delivery teams and ran root-cause analysis on technical and process issues.

Development Lead

• Led development of Kalibre Insight, a push-to-talk device-management product for emergency services in Australia and the US. Stack: C# / .NET, Vue.js, SQL Server, Kafka, deployed to air-gapped customer environments.
• Designed and implemented an automated test platform using HashiCorp Packer, Terraform, Consul and Nomad against simulated customer datasets, with Ansible for configuration automation; built test automation and CI/CD pipelines for quality and release reviews.
• Mentored two remote developers; introduced an agile release cadence; drove a modernisation roadmap (real-time data UI, phase-out of legacy components).

Partnerships Manager / Senior Developer / Senior Data Analyst

• Built a technical-analysis platform for the commercial performance of OnePass and Flybuys across Bunnings, Kmart, Officeworks, Target and Catch. Stack: Vue.js SPA, Go microservices, Snowflake, with incremental Python ETL pipelines feeding a timeline charting tool with multiple overlays.
• Modelled cohorts using transaction value, RFM and membership-state splits to validate executive hypotheses and surface investment opportunities.

Customer Success Manager / Senior Developer

• Defined and operated customer-success measures for an AWS infrastructure-automation product; onboarded five new customers and maintained five existing.
• Built a customer-success metrics dashboard with ETL from AWS, Jira, Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot and internal APIs. Vue.js, Go, Redis, RavenDB, Docker Swarm, AWS, GitLab CI/CD.

Service Delivery Lead

• Defined service-delivery processes for construction supply-chain products across Australia, China and the US; built customer-success metrics tooling (Vue.js, Go, RavenDB, Docker Swarm, AWS, GitLab CI/CD) and selected and migrated to a new service-management platform (Zoho Desk).

Head of Service Delivery

• Built and led a 20+ person global L1/L2/L3 team for 24/7 support of a distributed platform spanning 20+ sites in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the US, mentoring engineers across all three tiers.
• Cleared a 10k-ticket backlog, halved monthly volumes (1k → 500) and held zero SLA breaches over five years; migrated service tooling from ServiceNow to Zendesk with no customer outage; used Ansible for infrastructure and configuration automation.
• Built a service-management aggregation tool (Vue.js, C#, RavenDB, Docker, Azure DevOps, Linux, Zendesk, Nagios, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, MS SQL, Octopus Deploy).
